Position Overview

We are currently seeking an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our team in Moorestown, NJ.

Important:
This position is NOT remote initially.

  • On-site work is required for the first 90 days for training and onboarding

  • Remote eligibility may be considered after successful completion of the 90-day introductory period, based on performance and business needs

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming and outgoing customer calls daily

  • Respond to customer inquiries and take product orders

  • Provide accurate product knowledge and exceptional customer service

  • Communicate, sell, and promote products to customers

  • Work closely with account personnel and assist other departments as needed

  • Perform additional customer-related duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager

What You Need

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Sales and/or customer service experience
    (grocery, foodservice, or telemarketing experience preferred)

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Experience working in a high-volume inbound call environment

  • Team-oriented mindset

  • Microsoft Office and Excel experience preferred

  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
