Job Type: Full-Time


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Server to join our team at La Posada, which includes two restaurants, The Tack Room and Zaragoza Grill, as well as our banquet department. The ideal candidate will have open availability, including weekends, mornings, nights, and holidays.


Key Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the dining experience

- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently

- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly


Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a server in a restaurant setting

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

- Must possess a valid food handler's license

- Ability to stand for 8 to 10 hour shifts

- Capable of carrying trays and handling multiple tasks simultaneously

Requirements:

Education/Formal Training:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred.

  • Knowledge of basic food and beverage handling procedures.
  • Positive attitude and teamwork orientation.
