We’re a growing real estate media company based in Kalispell, Montana, and we’re looking for a reliable, people-first Real Estate Media Admin to help keep our operations running smoothly.

This role is mostly remote, with 1-2 days in-office during some weeks, and a regular preference for Monday morning in-office time for team meetings and coordination. You’ll start in an admin-focused role with real responsibility from day one and have a clear path to grow into an Operations Manager position over time.

Location requirement: Candidates must live within 30 miles of Kalispell, MT.

About the Role

This is a client-facing administrative and operations role focused on organization, communication, and follow-through. You’ll be the first impression for many of our clients, support daily operations, and help ensure projects move forward on time and at a high standard.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer incoming calls and emails with warmth, professionalism, and clarity

  • Make outbound calls to current clients for scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups

  • Manage multiple calendars, appointments, and deadlines

  • Oversee projects and tasks to ensure work is completed on time and with quality

  • Provide a great first impression for clients visiting our studio
    Support operational workflows and help identify ways to improve efficiency

  • Assist with building and maintaining systems, processes, and automations

  • Keep client records, notes, and internal documentation organized and accurate

  • Collaborate closely with the team during weekly Monday meetings and as needed in-office

Schedule
