The pharmacy team at Samaritan Health Services is on the lookout for a dedicated Traveling Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacists in medication preparation and labeling. This is an exciting opportunity to travel between our Samaritan Hospital Pharmacy sites in the beautiful mid-Willamette Valley and central Oregon Coast!

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Traveling Pharmacy Technician, you will:

• Assist pharmacists in medication preparation and labeling activities.
• Perform a variety of technical support functions under the supervision of a registered pharmacist.
• Enjoy a $3.00 per hour float differential for hours worked!

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• One of the following:
  • A current unencumbered Certified Oregon Pharmacy Technician License.
  • Enrollment as a first-year PharmD student in good standing with an accredited pharmacy school and a current unencumbered Oregon Board of Pharmacy Intern license.
• Successful completion of a Medical Pharmacy Technician course is preferred.
