Our Ideal Candidates Must:

• Possess any of the following licenses: LCSW, LPC, LMSW or LMFT
• Hold a valid license in the state of Georgia
• Have obtained a Master's Degree in one of the behavioral or social sciences that is primarily psychological in nature
• Maintain current malpractice insurance
• Have experience in supervising team members within a clinical setting, demonstrating leadership, team development, performance management, conflict resolution, operational efficiency, client-centered care, and regulatory compliance.
• Exhibit exceptional proficiency in managing electronic clinical or medical records (ECR/EMR)
  
• Demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Position Summary:

The Success Brand Licensed Therapist/Supervisor is a compassionate and skilled professional dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve improved mental well-being. Serving as a mentor, guide, and resource, the role involves facilitating personalized support for clients, fostering their growth, and enhancing their resilience through practical strategies and collaborative goal-setting. The position combines direct client engagement with administrative and team-based collaboration, creating a holistic impact in the field of mental health support.

In addition to their clinical responsibilities, the Success Brand Licensed Therapist/Supervisor will also oversee and guide lesser experienced therapists and interns. This supervisory role involves providing mentorship, support, and professional development to less experienced colleagues. The supervisor will ensure adherence to ethical practices, foster a positive learning environment, and conduct regular performance evaluations to encourage continuous improvement within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement
  • Establish rapport with clients to build therapeutic alliance.
  • Review client demographic information and intake forms to ensure accuracy and completion.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of client demographic information, and intake forms to ensure all required documentation is complete.
  • Administer and review assessments for completion of diagnosis and treatment plans
  • Develop diagnosis and treatment plan to ensure efficacy of client care.
  • Facilitate individual or group sessions to identify client needs, establish personalized goals, and monitor progress towards achieving mental health objectives.
  • Utilize practical techniques to equip clients with tools for managing emotions, overcoming challenges, and enhancing overall well-being.
  • Assess client progress regularly, celebrating milestones and adapting strategies as necessary to ensure continued growth.
    

• Administrative Excellence
  • Oversee the documentation and record-keeping practices of less experience therapists, ensuring they adhere to standards and maintain confidentiality.
  • Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential session records using SOAP and Group Note templates.
  • Collaborate with the Site Manager and Clinical Supervisor to track and analyze client outcomes, contributing to continuous improvement.

• Team Collaboration
  • Provide mentorship and supervision to less experience therapists, fostering a supportive and educational environment for their growth and development.
  • Actively participate in team dynamics by attending monthly staff and supervision meetings.
  • Engage in professional development opportunities to stay informed on the latest practices and trends in mental health coaching.

• Additional Duties
  • Assist with additional tasks as directed to support the broader mission and goals of the organization.
