Pay: $17.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Hours: Full Time/ 40 hours
Pay Frequency: Bi-Weekly

Pharmacy Warehouse Associate Responsibilities

• Coordinate with pharmacists, supervisors, and technicians to assemble and package patient orders
• Retrieve and organize shipping documents and labels for order fulfillment
• Assist with packing, shipping, and tracking medication deliveries
• Monitor shipments and report any delivery issues or discrepancies
• Support purchasing, inventory tracking, and reconciliation processes
• Assist with managing pharmaceutical inventory levels and returned goods per SOP guidelines

Pharmacy Warehouse Associate Requirements

• Active CA Pharmacy Technician License
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience required
• Knowledge of packing and shipping with national carriers
• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required
• Basic computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and data entry (20 WPM preferred)
• Ability to operate a pallet jack
