Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Client Service Representative with a minimum of two years of experience. Full and Part time positions are available.

Responsibilities but are not limited to

  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Checking In & Out clients
  • Customer service functions, including: greeting visitors, answering telephones, scanning and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.

Qualifications

  • Able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and clients
  • Handle a heavy load of incoming calls and routing them correctly
  • Must be organized, detail oriented and multi task effectively
  • Able to display a professional attitude and proactive work style in a team environment
  • Must be flexible with schedule and available to work holidays, week days, nights, and weekends
  • Able to maintain a positive attitude during stressful situations
