Position Overview
As a Control Panel Assembler, you’ll work hands-on to assemble and wire electrical control panels. No extensive experience is required — we’ll provide training. If you’re detail-oriented, enjoy working with your hands, and are eager to learn, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a stable, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble control panels using basic hand and power tools
  
• Install and wire components such as switches, relays, and terminals
  
• Follow instructions, diagrams, or layouts to ensure accurate builds
  
• Inspect panels to make sure they meet quality standards
  
• Work closely with team members to complete projects on time

Requirements:

• Mechanical or electrical aptitude — experience is a plus but not required
  
• Ability to read simple diagrams or willingness to learn
  
• Comfortable using basic tools (screwdrivers, drills, wire strippers, etc.)
  
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions
  
• Dependable, hardworking, and eager to learn new skills
