Join our dynamic line department responsible for assembling copper piping and rubber tubing for high-density liquid cooling products. You will work with hand and power tools, utilizing blueprints to construct complex assemblies of cooling systems and mild steel enclosures. This role involves learning brazing techniques, finishing products by grinding, and working both independently and as part of a team.
Pay: $18-20Responsibilities
- Build and assemble copper piping and rubber tubing for high-density liquid cooling products.
- Utilize hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks.
- Interpret and apply blueprints to construct complex assemblies and enclosures.
- Learn and apply brazing techniques for copper piping.
- Perform finishing tasks such as grinding on completed products.
- Collaborate with team members and work independently as required.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Ability to interpret and work from blueprints.
- Basic mechanical skills.
- Comfortable working on a production line.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Desire to start a career in manufacturing.
- 3+ months of assembly experience is a plus.
- Willingness to undergo a background check.
- Ability to stand for an entire shift.

Work Environment
Work in a spacious, fast-paced manufacturing environment that is clean but can get hot during summer months. The environment is not temperature-controlled, and the role requires standing throughout the shift.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anoka, Minnesota.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.82 - $20.50/hr.
