Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract-based position for the 2026-2027 academic year offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, from 7:30am to 3:30pm, aligning with standard school hours. You’ll work with approximately 35 students, focusing on supporting their speech and communication development. One day a week of remote work flexibility is available, making this role ideal for professionals seeking a hybrid setting.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Current PA Speech Language Pathologist Certification is required
- CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted
- Proven experience with SLP services in schools, pediatrics, and healthcare environments
- Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and reporting
- Comfortable with technology and use of platforms like Sapphire for documentation
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach with staff and families
Core Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
- Develop and implement IEPs and therapy goals consistent with educational guidelines
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy for individual and small group settings
- Maintain up-to-date progress reports and comply with state and school standards
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and family members to support student success
- Attend relevant meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Support students’ academic and social growth through targeted interventions
