Job DescriptionLHH is partnering with a growing and dynamic organization to hire an experienced Payroll Specialist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with high-volume payroll.

This role is ideal for someone who can manage full-cycle payroll processing for a large employee population while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless payroll experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process full-cycle payroll for 500+ employees on a weekly basis
  • Utilize ADP Workforce Now for payroll processing, reporting, and employee data management
  • Ensure payroll is processed accurately and in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Review and audit payroll data including timekeeping, deductions, bonuses, and adjustments
  • Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees and provide timely resolution
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure proper documentation for audits
  • Collaborate with HR and Accounting teams on employee changes, onboarding, terminations, and benefits deductions
  • Support garnishments, tax filings, and regulatory reporting as needed
  • Assist with process improvements and system enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of payroll processing experience
  • Hands-on experience with Payroll software
  • Strong understanding of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Pay Details: $30.00 to $36.00 per hour
