About the Role:

ArcPoint Labs of Duluth is seeking a skilled and dedicated Medical/Laboratory/Phlebotomy Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional testing services while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with all protocols and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform testing collections for drug, alcohol, DNA tests, physical exams, and clinical testing (urine, saliva, hair, phlebotomy, vital signs).
• Maintain continuous professional development and training in relevant job functions.
• Adhere to lab protocol through basic cleaning and daily office upkeep.
• Ensure accurate, reliable, confidential, and timely notifications.
• Assist in office administration, record-keeping, and compliance with state/federal regulations and company policies.
• Maintain customer protocols and electronic customer management systems.
• Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and storing supplies.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments professionally.
• Complete daily drop-offs to FedEx, UPS, etc.
• Communicate effectively with clients, Designated Employee Representatives (DERs), and Medical Review Officers (MROs).
• Support additional duties as assigned by the Manager.

Qualifications:

• Phlebotomy certification or relevant experience required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with lab procedures and federal/state compliance regulations preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., scheduling and customer management systems).

Preferred:

• Handle contract after-hours collections and on-site collections at client workplaces as directed.
