Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid Special Education teaching license/certification
  • Experience working with students in grades 2–6 (preferred)
  • Understanding of SLD, SLI, and OHI disability categories
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized instruction in core subjects and executive functioning per IEPs
  • Case manage and lead IEP meetings, coordinating with LEA support
  • Prepare and maintain all mandated special education documentation
  • Take part in grade-level PLCs and collaborative planning meetings
  • Maintain close partnerships with general and special education colleagues, related service providers, and families
