- Active RN license in Maryland or compact state (Registered Nurse)\n
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Pediatric ER, pediatric acute care, or similar emergency nursing setting\n
- BLS certification (required)\n
- PALS certification (preferred)\n
- Strong pediatric clinical assessment, triage, and communication skills\n
- Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced emergency unit\n

- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to pediatric patients presenting with acute illnesses and injuries\n
- Perform triage, focused assessment, and treatment for pediatric emergencies\n
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and emergency interventions according to protocol\n
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes\n
- Educate and support families during stressful situations, providing clear discharge instructions and follow-up guidance\n
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and uphold patient safety and quality standards\n
