Their primary responsibility will be to manage and track shipments, update order statuses, and ensure accurate inventory and documentation while maintaining professional communication with vendors and drivers. - 1st shift opportunity – Monday to Friday from 8am-4:30pm. Must be available for OT as needed

What your day will look like:
- Data entry for incoming and outgoing shipments
- Updating order statuses in our system
- Keeping accurate log sheets, scanning inventory, and conducting counts
- Interacting with vendors and drivers in a professional manner
- Monitoring inventory levels and placing restock orders as needed
- Handling customer inquiries and providing updates on order status
- Organizing and filing shipment documentation
- Assisting with shipping and receiving tasks as required
- Ensuring all shipments are properly labeled and prepared for transport
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and on-time deliveries
What we are looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of clerical experience combined with basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory management preferred
