Responsibilities

Perform plastic resins analysis and testing based on established procedures

Operate lab equipment including:

Muffle Oven (ash determination)
-
Analytical Balance (electronic scale)
-
Densimeter/Density Meter
-
Plastometer (melt flow analysis)
-
Microscope
-
-
Record, review, and report test results accurately in Excel and via email
-
Maintain documentation, retain samples, and technical result sheets
-
Keep lab organized and equipment in clean, working condition
-
Communicate effectively with QA Consultant and team via email, Excel, WhatsApp, Dropbox, and Outlook
Requirements
-
Bilingual: Must read and write fluently in Spanish and English

Prior lab experience with plastics or materials testing strongly preferred
-
Knowledge of polymers, processes, and basic chemistry
-
Familiar with quality management systems and basic statistics (standard deviation, average)
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required; Power BI and PowerPoint a plus)

Strong organizational and administrative skills
