Senior Materials Coordinator! In this pivotal role, you will oversee the administration and operation of our organization’s warehouses, ensuring the seamless processing, packaging, and storage of supplies, materials, and equipment. With your expertise, you will account for all materials and supplies, conduct audits of goods received, and ensure that our warehousing processes align with established procedures. Your leadership will be crucial in coordinating schedules for shipping and receiving, optimizing warehouse space, and maintaining the effectiveness of our operational procedures.
Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Location: Redmond WA
- Pay Rate: $29.25
- Shift:1st Monday – Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Administer and operate the organization's warehouses effectively.
- Process, package, and store supplies, materials, and equipment.
- Account for all materials and supplies within the warehouse facilities.
- Conduct audits of goods received into the warehouse.
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of materials.
- Prepare and coordinate schedules for shipping and receiving materials.
- Control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space efficiently.
- Ensure the effectiveness of operating procedures and space utilization.
- Maintain and protect facilities and equipment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a related field.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehousing procedures.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehousing.
