Accounts Receivable Specialist

A dynamic and growing company in the tech space is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join the team on a hybrid basis (3 days in-office in Santa Monica, 2 remote).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle accounts receivable process
  • Generate and issue invoices accurately and timely
  • Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
  • Apply incoming payments and reconcile AR transactions
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve billing issues and discrepancies
  • Prepare reports and assist with month-end close related to AR
  • Maintain customer records and ensure proper documentation

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of AR experience
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks Online is preferred
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
