Pay and Flexibility
- Daily rates from $180 to $200, depending on school, location, and your certification

What You Need to Get Started
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, unless you hold an NJ 60 or 30 credit Instructional Substitute Credential (international degrees welcome and reviewed individually)
- Ability to pass a background check and TB test - we’ll guide you through the process
- Complete a work history form in compliance with P.L. 2018, c.5 before you start
- Must reside in the state of New Jersey
