A Skilled Construction Trade Laborer performs a wide range of physically demanding tasks on construction sites while supporting various trades. This role requires hands-on experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to follow detailed instructions while maintaining safety and efficiency.
General Accountabilities
- Perform a variety of skilled construction tasks
- Operate hand and power tools
- Assist with site preparation, layout, and cleanup
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Work collaboratively with other trades and laborers to meet project goals
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in construction or skilled trades
- Proficiency with construction tools and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret basic construction plans
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs)
- Knowledge of safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- Willingness to learn new techniques and grow within the trade
