Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle performance of a large-scale Government contract across multiple locations.
- Address operational challenges and resolve issues that affect performance or customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Conduct analyses of training needs, develop solutions, and ensure their successful implementation.
- Coordinate project activities with contractor personnel and Government representatives.
- Prepare and deliver business briefings, presentations, and written reports for senior Government officials.
- Provide proactive recommendations to improve program quality, cost efficiency, and workflow.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
- Extensive analytical ability, including the development of complex statistical analyses, cost estimates, and reports.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills for coordination, fact‑finding, and collaborative problem‑solving.
- Ability to brief management officials and respond promptly to Government inquiries.
- Demonstrated capacity to recommend innovative approaches for process and quality improvement.
