Job Title: Digital Marketing Associate

Location: Beverly Hills, CA (On-Site Only)

Department: Marketing

Reports to: Marketing Executive, Director of Operations, and President

Rodeo Realty is seeking a full-time, on-site Marketing Associate to join our fast-paced, high-performing corporate team. This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to wear multiple hats.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage daily posting and scheduling across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok

* Provide in-person support and software training at our Los Angeles-area offices for real estate agents

* Present new marketing tools and platforms, run in-office training meetings, and answer agent questions with confidence

* Assist agents with daily requests related to social media, marketing, content creation, and tech tools (you’ll be their go-to resource to ensure branding protocols are being followed and they are equipped with the digital marketing knowledge needed to impress clients)

* Create branded marketing assets using Canva (InDesign experience a plus)

* Support email marketing campaigns and CRM efforts

* Collaborate with leadership to anticipate needs before they arise – this role requires forward-thinking, not just task execution

* Bring a tech-savvy mindset to daily problem-solving; HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus

* Sales experience and IT Support experience a plus

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related discipline OR 1–2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field

* A strong understanding of social media marketing strategies and platforms

* Strong Canva skills required; familiarity with InDesign is a bonus

* Experience with CRM platforms and email marketing software preferred

* Excellent communication and customer service skills, especially in-person

* Ability to multitask, stay organized, and proactively solve problems with minimal supervision

This is a full-time, in-office position. Remote or hybrid candidates will not be considered.
