Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Director|HOSPITALITY|F&B|*****|LUXURY|MULTI-CONCEPTS to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing marketing policies and programs, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase brand awareness. Develop communication strategies with the objective of increasing brand awareness amongst target audience and to help increase market share.The Senior Director/Director leads in formulating, developing, implementing and evaluating policies. He/She drives the policy planning processes within the organization, and reviews policies in relation to other policies, procedures and programs so as to achieve stated goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate product development and marketing trends
Determine product demand and customer awareness
Develop pricing strategies to maximize return on investment
Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities
Review and optimize marketing budget
Monitor and report on customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

Previous experience in marketing or other related fields
Experience in a managerial role
Strong project management skills
Strong leadership qualities
Deadline and detail-oriented
