Inside Sales /Warehouse Associate

Huber Supply is a family owned and operated industrial gas and tool company looking for a dedicated, results-driven Inside Sales Representative/Warehouse Associate with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills to provide excellent customer service and become a productive member of our warehouse team.

Very stable position with a company that has been family owned and operated for 86 years!

Inside Sales/Warehouse Associate:

• Helping customers at the counter
• Assist on the phone, and by email
• Responsible for receiving, invoicing and pulling customer orders
• Shipping/receiving UPS and freight.
• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Calling customers, taking down their order, and placing the order into HSC system
• Taking customer calls for our website. Tracking down orders and placing orders in HSC system from our website

Inside Sales /Warehouse Associate Qualifications/Skills:

• Customer service
• Meeting sales goals

• Client relationships
• Knowledge of welding and industrial equipment, consumables (preferred)
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients and customers
• Deadline and detail oriented
• Raise available if applicant obtains a CDL with HAZMAT endorsement
• Experience and proficiency with Excel
• Able to send and receive emails proficiently. Quotes and documents will need to be sent to customers or other team members
• Positive team-oriented attitude - most important

Requirements:

• Warehouse experience: 1 year (preferred)

Work Remotely- No

Job Types: Full-time

Pay:

• $15-19 per hour (based on experience)
