We are seeking a driven and ethical Sales Representative who shares our values. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, paid strictly on commission, with uncapped earning potential. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing inspections, offering roofing solutions, and most importantly — representing the company with integrity and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through door-to-door outreach, referrals, networking, and community involvement.
- Conduct thorough roof inspections and communicate findings clearly and honestly.
- Educate customers about roofing needs, materials, and our services.
- Uphold our faith-based values in every interaction.
- Asist Homeowners with filing insurance claims.
- Find Storm Damaged Roof's.
Requirements
- A personal commitment to ethical, faith-based business practices
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, accountable, and dependable MUST BE COACH-ABLE
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current car insurance
- Comfortable inspecting roofs (training provided)
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. as a 1099 independent contractor.
