Partner closely with store leaders to deliver proactive HR support that aligns with business goals and enhances the&nbsp;teammate&nbsp;experience.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Provide&nbsp;expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and workforce planning.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Collaborate with HR&nbsp;Centres&nbsp;of Excellence (COEs) to implement enterprise-wide initiatives in talent development, compensation, benefits, and DEI.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Analyse&nbsp;HR data and trends to&nbsp;identify&nbsp;opportunities for continuous improvement and operational impact.&nbsp;&nbsp;
</li>
</ul>

Ensure compliance with state and federal&nbsp;labour&nbsp;laws and company policies, serving as a subject matter expert on regional employment practices.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Support change management efforts and lead initiatives that drive teammate engagement and retention.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Oversee headcount management and partner with our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) team to ensure&nbsp;timely&nbsp;and effective staffing across the region.&nbsp;
