Job DescriptionLifeStance Health is the nation’s fastest-growing behavioral health practice, committed to improving access to affordable, personalized mental healthcare. We are hiring Psychometrists in the greater St. Peters area to support licensed psychologists in delivering high-quality psychological and neuropsychological assessments. Role OverviewPsychometrists administer and score psychological and neuropsychological tests, prepare data summaries, document behavioral observations, and support patients throughout the evaluation process. This role enhances assessment quality, increases psychologist capacity, and improves patient access to care. Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and score psychological/neuropsychological assessmentsPrepare test data summaries and behavioral observationsMaintain testing materials (electronic and hard copy)Establish rapport and assist patients during evaluationsCollaborate with supervising psychologistsCoordinate test materials and limited scheduling support as neededWhat We Offer

Our Psychometrists are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking Psychometrists who are:
- Master’s degree in Psychology or a related field OR Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field with experience in testing in a therapeutic or educational setting
- Prior experience in counseling or psychological testing preferred
- Strong assessment skills
- This is a on-site role, candidates should be based in St. Louis
