Rotating day/night shift schedule - **work half the time and relax the other half! **
$26.00/hour to start with shift differential available; overtime available
Two weeks paid time off plus two floating holidays available upon hire!
Benefits effective the 1st of the month after hire; including company matched 401K
**Duties include: **

Focus on Safety

Production Assistant with various duties; including lifiting, moving, and weighing
</li>
<li>
Active role in overall plant and facilities-related work
</li>
<li>
Maintain quality production standards
</li>
<li>
Operate mobile equipment
</li>
</ul>
Must be able to pass pre-employment background check, drug test, and physical
**Requirements: **
<ul>
<li>
Must be at least 18 with a high schol diploma or equivalent
</li>
<li>
Reliable attendance (additional PTO awarded for one year perfect attendance)
</li>
<li>
Flexibility to work overtime and rotating shifts in a 24/7/365 operation
</li>
<li>
Previous manufacturing experience desirable
</li>
</ul>
You should be proficient in:
<ul>
<li>Forklift Licensed</li>
<li>Foundry Environment Experience</li>
</ul>
