School Registered Nurse (RN)
Commerce City, CO Area

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate School Registered Nurse (RN) to provide 1:1 care for a medically fragile student in a school setting.

School RN Position Details

• School-based RN role

• MondayFriday schedule

• Shift: 7:30 AM3:45 PM

• 1:1 assignment supporting a medically fragile student

• Bus riding to and from school is required

Student Care Responsibilities

• Oxygen administration

• Ostomy care

• G-tube care and feedings

• Suctioning

• Safe transfers using a Hoyer lift

• Ongoing monitoring and documentation throughout the school day

School RN Qualifications

• Active ColoradoRN licensure required

• Experience with medically fragile pediatric patients preferred

• Comfortable providing 1:1 nursing care in a school environment
