This role requires a strategic, compassionate leader who thrives in a trauma-informed, flexible environment. HMC, a private nonprofit accredited by Cognia, serves students dual-enrolled with San Antonio ISD, offering tuition-free, non-charter education to San Antonio youth. The Principal navigates this unique model, coordinating with district partners while leading within a private school setting. Experience in nonprofit or private school environments is strongly preferred.
