Position: Industrial Health Clinician
Schedule: Full-time, Modified 1st Shift | Monday–Thursday, 10:00 AM–8:30 PM

Who You Are
You are a Certified Athletic Trainer, Physical Therapist Assistant, or Occupational Therapist Assistant who is passionate about:
- Injury prevention and rehabilitation
- Promoting employee wellness and workplace fitness
- Fostering strong communication and collaboration
What You’ll Do
As an Industrial Health Clinician, you will:
- Lead and maintain on-site injury prevention programs
- Conduct ergonomic assessments and implement early intervention strategies
- Develop and manage wellness initiatives and job coaching
- Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols
- Lead group or individual conditioning classes and personal training sessions
- Promote and expand the company’s workplace fitness program
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement injury prevention programs, including work simulations and job coaching
- Engage employees through health-focused initiatives and educational workshops
- Collaborate with HR, safety teams, and management to enhance workplace wellness
- Track and analyze program metrics to evaluate effectiveness
Physical Demands
- Frequent walking, sitting, and computer use
- Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs
Dress Code
Professional attire with site-appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
