Position: Industrial Health Clinician
Schedule: Full-time, Modified 1st Shift | Monday–Thursday, 10:00 AM–8:30 PM
Location: Tomahawk, WI

Who You Are
You are a Certified Athletic Trainer, Physical Therapist Assistant, or Occupational Therapist Assistant who is passionate about:

  • Injury prevention and rehabilitation
  • Promoting employee wellness and workplace fitness
  • Fostering strong communication and collaboration

What You’ll Do
As an Industrial Health Clinician, you will:

  • Lead and maintain on-site injury prevention programs
  • Conduct ergonomic assessments and implement early intervention strategies
  • Develop and manage wellness initiatives and job coaching
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols
  • Lead group or individual conditioning classes and personal training sessions
  • Promote and expand the company’s workplace fitness program

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement injury prevention programs, including work simulations and job coaching
  • Engage employees through health-focused initiatives and educational workshops
  • Collaborate with HR, safety teams, and management to enhance workplace wellness
  • Track and analyze program metrics to evaluate effectiveness

Physical Demands

  • Frequent walking, sitting, and computer use
  • Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs

Dress Code
Professional attire with site-appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
