Contract Period: August 2025 May 2026 school year
Position Type: Full-time, school-year contract through ProCare Therapy
Caseload: K12 (specific caseload details shared during interview)
About the Role
Partnering with ProCare Therapy, you'll deliver individualized instruction and support to students with special needs (K12) within a district in Fischer, ID. Youll collaborate with general education teachers and related service providers, manage IEPs, and foster inclusive learning environments in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver specialized instruction tailored to K12 students with disabilities
- Develop, monitor, and adjust IEPs in partnership with school teams
- Track student progress and modify lesson plans as needed
- Maintain inclusive, nurturing classroom environments
- Communicate regularly with families and school staff
- Participate in educational team meetings and IEP reviews
Qualifications
- Active Special Education teaching certificate/license in Idaho
- Prior experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to supporting students academically, socially, and emotionally
