Our organization, located in the picturesque Cape Cod, Massachusetts, is on the lookout for a Board Certified/Board Eligible OB-GYN to become part of our collaborative team, which includes 9 physicians, 2 Nurse Practitioners, and 5 Certified Nurse Midwives. This role offers the flexibility to work within a traditional OB/GYN framework, a Laborist Model, or a combination of both. Deliveries and surgical procedures are conducted at Cape Cod Hospital, where our busy outpatient practice provides a comprehensive array of gynecological and obstetric services.

Laborist Role Details

• 14 shifts per month, alternating between 7 days and 7 nights, in coordination with the current Laborist.
• In-house call coverage from 7 PM to 7 AM and 7 AM to 7 PM.
• Collaboration with Certified Nurse Midwives for 24-hour coverage.
• Work alongside a skilled and compassionate team of obstetricians, midwives, and maternity nurses.
• Access to partnerships with Boston hospitals and BILH for specialized high-risk pregnancy care and neonatal intensive care as needed.
• Pediatric hospitalists available around the clock.
