WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Our Assembly Technicians support the production team by following detailed layouts to assemble dry air and nitrogen generation systems and their components. You'll focus on accuracy and efficiency to meet daily and weekly production targets. Once systems are assembled, you'll prepare the products for delivery and notify the appropriate department that the order is ready. As you work, you'll follow all safety policies and quality control standards. Before the shift is done, you'll organize your supplies, clean up your work area, and wash/dry your equipment to prepare for the next day.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Technician or production operator experience
- Ability to regularly crouch, bend, and lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to wear PPE at all times (earplugs, safety glasses, and steel-toed shoes)
- Ability to use standard hand and power tools
- Ability to meet deadlines and complete high-quality work individually and as part of a team
- Solid problem-solving skills and basic math skills
- Strong attention to detail and a self-motivation to succeed
- Computer proficiency
- High school degree
YOUR HOURS
Our assemblers generally work Monday through Friday.
