Job DescriptionPosition: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Hybrid Remote)Work Location: Los Angeles, CA 90007Pay rate: $25 - $28/hrDuration: 3+ Months role with high chances of extension/conversionShift: 8AM-4:30PM Job Description:Will owe the full-cycle recruitment process, sourcing qualified candidates quickly and creatively while ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience. strategic partner and consultant to hiring managers, building strong relationships, and driving an efficient, equitable hiring process. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance
- Source and present top talent using creative sourcing strategies and advanced search techniques
- Conduct in-depth phone screens to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural alignment
- Drive and manage the offer process while maintaining a positive candidate experience
- Maintain consistent communication with internal stakeholders (hiring managers) and external applicants
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion hiring initiatives and employer branding efforts
- Manage high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced environment
- Build and continuously engage a proactive talent pipeline
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of talent acquisition experience preferred
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches and stakeholder relationships
- Proficiency with advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean searches, applicant tracking systems, and internal referral campaigns
- Experience working remotely
- Strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices
- Proven ability to recruit in high-volume, fast-paced environments
Cultural Fit:Hybrid remote, must live near headquarters (Magnolia location), 2 weeks in office initially. 3 days per week, Monday and every other Tuesday 3rd day floating, team meetings are on Thursday once month. Team player with whole HR team people supports services 11 people total on team, quality versus quantity, pivot, ambiguity change management.
