We are currently hiring 2nd Shift Field Support team members to support our Manitowoc service area. This role is ideal for someone with a caregiving or healthcare background who thrives during afternoon and evening hours and enjoys being a trusted support for caregivers and clients.

Position Overview

The Field Support role is a hands-on, relationship-driven position that plays a vital role during some of our busiest and most critical hours. You will provide in-the-field support, respond to urgent needs, and help ensure continuity and quality of care throughout the evening.

This position blends leadership, problem-solving, and compassionand is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and meaningful work.

Schedule Details

• 2nd Shift Position: 11:00 AM 11:00 PM
  
  
• Scheduled within this shift window
  
  
• Every other weekend required
  
  
• Ideal for those who prefer later hours and enjoy being a key evening resource
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Caregiver Support: Provide on-site coaching, guidance, and encouragement
  
  
• Client Support: Assist with new client start-of-care visits and evening check-ins
  
  
• Quality Assurance: Monitor care plans and support client satisfaction
  
  
• Problem-Solving: Respond to call-offs, emergencies, and urgent client needs
  
  
• Training & Mentorship: Support caregivers with field training and skills refreshers
  
  
• Communication: Act as a liaison between caregivers, clients, and office staff
  
  
• Documentation: Accurately document field visits, coverage, and follow-ups
  
  
• Compliance: Reinforce company policies, safety standards, and care expectations
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience: 23 years in caregiving, healthcare, or home care
  (CNA, HHA, or LPN experience preferred)
  
  
• Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
  
  
• Qualities: Compassionate, dependable, calm under pressure, and team-oriented
  
  
• Flexibility: Comfortable working evenings and every other weekend
  
  
• Requirements: Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
