Position Overview:
Primarily responsible for processing field data to produce boundary, topographic surveys, subdivision Plats as well as construction stake out for commercial and residential developments. Collaborate with the civil engineers on projects ensuring smooth integration between Surveying and Engineering Departments.
Position Requirements:
5 years of experience in AutoCAD with Civil 3D, processing survey computation, Microsoft Office Suite of Software, and PDF Editing Software.
Familiarity with survey industry standards and procedures. Ability to read and understand plans, legal descriptions, deeds, and construction plans. Ability to produce detailed Subdivision Plats, as-built surveys, boundary surveys, maps, drawings, sketches and legal descriptions.
