Recruiter – Talent & Client Partner
Location: Cranberry Township, PA (Onsite)
Compensation: $22–$25/hour (commensurate with experience)

Manpower is looking for a high-performing Recruiter to join our team—someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-driven environment and brings a consultative mindset to talent acquisition. This role is ideal for a professional with recruiting experience and/or a bachelor’s degree who is ready to elevate their career with a global workforce leader.
As a Recruiter, you won’t just fill jobs—you’ll shape hiring outcomes, partner closely with clients, and build pipelines of top talent across multiple industries.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle: source, screen, interview, and present top-tier candidates to clients
- Conduct high-volume, high-quality phone, virtual, and in-person interviews (25+ weekly)
- Deliver concise, insightful candidate summaries and manage interview scheduling seamlessly
- Review employment applications and background check reports with a strong attention to detail
- Proactively market top talent to 5 active and 5 inactive client accounts each week
- Generate 10 new sales leads weekly by identifying hiring needs and business opportunities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to both candidates and clients throughout the hiring process
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
- Proficiency using technology—MS Office and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to adapt quickly, think critically, and navigate challenging conversations with professionalism
- Self-starter mindset with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to visit client sites as needed
- Comfortable serving as the front line of the business—answering phones and welcoming visitors
