We are looking for a skilled full-time Operations Manager where youll be the driving force behind day-to-day hotel performance - ensuring seamless operations, exceptional guest experiences, and strong team leadership across all departments.
What Youll Do
- Oversee daily hotel operations, partnering with department leaders to ensure service standards are consistently met and exceeded
- Lead, coach, and support teams across front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance
- Monitor and improve operational efficiency, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and elevate the guest experience
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety programs, and all applicable California labor laws
- Manage and track operational projects such as minor renovations, system updates, and process improvements
- Conduct regular walkthroughs and quality inspections to maintain property standards
- Analyze performance metrics, financial reports, and labor costs to drive profitability and informed decision-making
- Support hiring, training, and performance management to build a strong, engaged team
- Partner with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and high-quality execution of services
- Step in as needed to support departments during peak periods or staffing gaps
What Were Looking for
- 3+ years of hotel operations or hospitality leadership experience
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Solid understanding of hotel operations, guest service standards, and financial performance metrics
- Experience with hotel systems (PMS, POS, maintenance platforms) preferred
- Knowledge of California labor laws and workplace compliance standards
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus to communicate with staff and international guests
