Position Overview

Ameritech Contracting is seeking a high-energy Senior Advisor, Public Relations & Executive Affairs to serve as the right hand to our President. This unique position combines public relations, executive communications, and personal executive support. The ideal candidate is experienced in representing high-level executives, managing media presence, and ensuring seamless execution of all public-facing engagements. Perfect for someone who thrives in high-visibility environments.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the President’s public schedule, including community events, industry functions, podcasts, and media appearances.
• Ghostwrite speeches, articles, and executive communications that reflect the President’s voice and the company’s brand.
• Provide strategic guidance for public relations and media engagement opportunities.
• Accompany the President to public appearances and ensure professional representation at all times.
• Coordinate travel and logistics for events and engagements, often with short notice.
• Maintain availability during evenings and weekends as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in PR, executive communications, or C-suite support
• Exceptional writing and ghostwriting skills
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage shifting priorities
• Professionalism, discretion, and confidence in representing executive leadership
• Willingness to travel and maintain flexible availability
