- Tide Watch Vacations is looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and reliable full-time & part-time Linen Room Attendants and Property Care Inspectors to join our Tide Watch Vacations’ team this season! The Linen Room Attendant and Property Care Inspectors will be responsible for both the maintenance of the linen and housekeeping tasks while maintaining and promoting the TWV brand. We have full-time and part-time positions available. Hourly compensation for positions is $18.00 hr.
You will perform a variety of cleaning and organizing duties. The region includes Saint Helena Island, Harbor Island, Fripp Island, Beaufort, Habersham, and Port Royal. Start immediately!
Job Responsibilities: - Use of a personal vehicle is mandatory – mileage reimbursed.
- Conduct thorough inspections prior to guest and owner arrivals to ensure units are clean and ready, touch-up where needed.
- Ensure that the cleanliness of the resort's home and villas exceed expectations.
- Check units Wi-Fi and TVs are properly functioning.
- Conduct departure and vacant inspections.
- Report all safety issues and secure all locations for safety.
- Communicate unit status and/or issue with management.
- Perform light home maintenance (light bulbs, fix door hinges, etc.)
- Perform light housekeeping duties (laundry, vacuum, sweeping, dusting, etc.)
- Ensure integrity of every rental unit, addressing issues in a timely manner.
- Oversee special projects as requested and/or needed by the Maintenance & Inspection Supervisor, Laundry Supervisor and General Maintenance Manager.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Assist in the facilitation of the check-in and checkout communication process with the reservations department.
- Meet outside contractors / vendors as needed.
- Must be able to multitask and handle a variety of projects as directed.
- Coordinate with Inspection Supervisor: Collaborate with Inspection Supervisor to address any shortcomings and ensure properties are prepared to welcome guests.
- Maintain Quality Standards: Uphold and reinforce the high-quality standards that define the TideWatch Vacations experience.
- Timely Reporting: Provide detailed and timely reports to management regarding property conditions and any necessary maintenance.
- Responsible for cleaning, storing, bagging and inventory of linens following guest departure
- As needed, clean and or inspect residential homes with a team-based business model
- Ensure a clean and orderly environment and customers satisfaction
- Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
- Follow instruction and learn detailed cleaning methods
- Qualifications:
- Must complete an inspector training for our standards
- Must have a Driver's License (preferred), reliable transportation (preferred)
- Cell phone to communicate through required housekeeping applications.

- Physical Demands:
- Need to be able lift 50-75lb
- Stand or sit stationary position: must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 85% of the workday
- Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
Both positions hours are subject to change and will vary based on occupancy, arrivals, and departures. Due to the nature of the job, the Team Member should be flexible with his/her hours. Weekends and holidays will generally be busy with guest arrivals and departures and are considered working days. Exact daily schedules may vary from season to season. Weekends are required May – September.
