Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Accountant with at least 3 years of accounting experience, specifically in the multi-entity or clinic-based healthcare industry. This position will play a crucial role in maintaining financial accuracy, supporting month-end close processes, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and is fully onsite.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts across multiple entities within the healthcare system.
  • Assist in the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Support the preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Perform balance sheet account reconciliations
  • Billing and collections
  • Using SAP S4 Hana for managing financial transactions and reporting

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience
  • Healthcare industry experience, particularly in a multi-entity or clinic-based environment.
  • SAP S4 Hana experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in other accounting software and Microsoft Excel is required.

Compensation:

$70,000 - $90,000

401 (k) with match
