Job Details:

• Work as scheduled with weekend requirements
\n• No on-call responsibilities
\n• 22-bed unit specializing in general medical surgical care including renal/transplant/urology
\n• Patient ratio of 1:5-6
\n• Required to float across all campuses: Iowa Methodist MC and Iowa Lutheran
\n• Dress code requires navy blue scrubs
\n• Use EPIC electronic medical record system
\n• Minimum 24 months medical surgical experience in hospital/medical center setting required
\n• Strong experience in renal and urology care required
\n• At least one travel contract completed within previous 15 months required
\n• EPIC EMR experience required
\n• Past or current level I trauma experience required
\n• BLS certification from AHA/American Heart Association or ARC/American Red Cross required
\n• Iowa nursing license or compact/multistate license required
\n• Professional reference from charge nurse/supervisor/nurse manager within 24 months preferred
\n• Valid driver's license required
\n\n
