Job Description
Job DescriptionDescription:
Mountain Land Physical Therapy is leading the nation in advancing musculoskeletal care. With one-third of primary care visits related to musculoskeletal conditions and a growing shortage of physicians, we are putting physical therapists at the front of care—equipped with diagnostic imaging for faster, more accurate treatment.
Why Choose Us?
- Competitive Salary: Staff PT wages range from $77,000 - $110,000/year. Top earners benefit from an achievement-driven compensation model that rewards clinical excellence and quality care, offering greater earning potential.
- Tuition Reimbursement: Get up to $5,250 annually for student loan repayment assistance.
- Clinical Excellence: Our vision is to provide a primary care PT for everyone. To do this, we encourage all therapists to pursue continuing education that will elevate them and the profession as a whole. To support, you will receive up to $3,000 in continuing education and 2 additional days of PTO for attending courses.
- Less Time Documenting: Our providers report an increased work-life balance through an AI-driven, HIPAA compliant EMR platform that reduces documentation time.
- Ownership and Growth Opportunities: Join our Director Pathway which teaches you how to manage an outpatient clinic. Being a director comes with ownership opportunity in Mountain Land PT as a whole. You will also have access to other Pathways such diagnotic imaging or internal continuing education that promotes advanced certifications such as becoming an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist.
- Outstanding Benefits: Enjoy medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, 22-27 paid days off per year, gym membership incentives, $1,500–$3,000 in continuing education support and an additional 2 days of paid days off to attend continuing education.
What Does Your Role Look Like?
- Manage a Balanced Caseload: Top performers treat an average of 12 patients per day, with one-on-one dedicated time with each patient. You can double-book only if it's not excessive, you are comfortable with it, and does not negatively impact patient care.
- Autonomy in Treatment: Design and implement your own customized care plans to help patients achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with a High-Level Team: Work alongside experienced therapists, sports specialists, and local medical professionals to deliver cutting-edge rehab.
