Responsibilities

  • In this vital role, you will support chiropractors by assisting with checking patients in and out, verifying insurance, handling the phones, preparing treatment areas, and ensuring smooth clinic operations as well as answering questions about chiropractic care and procedures
    • Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Chiropractic Assistant, where your enthusiasm and dedication will directly enhance patient care and well-being
    • Your proactive approach will help create a welcoming environment that encourages patient trust and comfort
    • Greet patients warmly, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit
    • Assist with patient intake procedures, including collecting medical histories and updating records
    • Support chiropractor during examinations and treatments by preparing equipment and treatment rooms
    • Educate patients on post-treatment care instructions and answer general questions about procedures
    • Some familiarity with billing and coding for insurance
    • Following HIPAA guidelines
    • Ensure cleanliness and organization of treatment areas to uphold hygiene standards and safety protocols
    • General Housekeeping
    • Assist the doctor with what the doctor or patient needs helping throughout the work day with office work and/or patient contact
    • Learning office procedures and executing them properly
