In this role, you will primarily focus on scanning documents and performing repetitive tasks that require attention to detail and accuracy. Responsibilities:
• Operate scanning equipment to digitize physical documents efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain organized records of scanned files and ensure proper file management.
• Perform repetitive tasks, including prolonged sitting and screen time, while maintaining focus.
• Collaborate with office staff to streamline administrative processes and reduce workload.
• Handle basic office duties, such as photocopying and organizing paperwork.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of scanned documents before submission.
• Assist in maintaining office supplies and equipment necessary for scanning operations.
• Communicate effectively with team members to address any issues or concerns.
• Follow established procedures to meet deadlines and maintain productivity.
• Uphold confidentiality and security standards when handling sensitive documents.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an office environment.
