Member Experience & Sales Specialist – Immediate Start | Club Pilates Douglasville

We’re seeking a Member Experience & Sales Specialist who thrives on building relationships, exceeding goals, and helping people take the first step toward a stronger, healthier lifestyle. You’ll play a key role in growing our vibrant community while representing a brand that believes Pilates is for EveryBODY.
We’re currently in pre-sale and seeking energetic Member Experience & Sales Specialists to help us manage the high volume of incoming leads and member inquiries. This role will begin as work-from-home (WFH) for phone, text, and email sales follow-ups — then transition to in-studio hours once construction is complete. Applicants must be local and willing to commute to the Douglasville studio when the club opens.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute the full sales process — lead generation, follow-up, and close
- Conduct engaging tours while understanding each guest’s goals
- Achieve and exceed monthly membership, retail, and training sales goals
- Build and maintain relationships with members and prospects
- Participate in community outreach and local events to promote the studio
- Maintain a positive, professional, and high-energy environment
- Assist with studio operations, class check-ins, and retail sales
- Open, mid, and closing shift and weekend flexibility required
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong background in sales or customer service
- Outgoing, approachable, and passionate about fitness and wellness
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly (ClubReady experience a plus)
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance
- Must be available to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays
