Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, discreet, and approaches every task with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Heavy calendar management, including complex scheduling and strategic prioritization
- Arrange domestic and international travel logistics
- Manage and submit expense reports
- Greet guests and assist with in-person meetings as needed
- Project manage team events and off-sites as needed
- Assist with daily office operations and provide backup support within the admin team
- Take on various projects outside of the core EA role as they arise
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of executive assistant experience, within financial services or a related industry
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Experience within the financial services industry
- Demonstrated history of working with integrity, discretion, and confidentiality
- Proactive, strategic thinker who understands the downstream impact of decisions
- Strong calendar management skills with the ability to navigate complex scheduling with ease
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Experience coordinating large meetings and events
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Zoom. Experience with Concur is a plus
