We are a fast-growing brand holding company, in the smoking accessories industry, known for our modular and customizable products. As a Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate, you will be play an important role of our operations, making sure every order is prepared accurately and shipped on time. You will also help keep inventory organized, manage returns, and maintain a clean and efficient workspace.

This is a hands-on position where attention to detail and reliability are key. Your work will directly impact our customers’ experience and support the growth of the business.

What You’ll Do

• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship customer orders quickly and accurately.

• Inventory Management: Replenish stock, run regular counts, and flag discrepancies.

• Inventory Check: Verify that all inventory consistently meets quality control standards based on SOP.

• Receiving & Returns: Check inbound shipments against packing slips, process returns, and inspect items for resale.

• Workspace and Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse and office tidy, maintain supplies, and ensure equipment is in working order.

• Operation Team Support: Help with ad-hoc projects and support the Operations team when needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, fulfillment, or logistics preferred

• Familiarity with inventory systems and basic computer tools (e.g. Excel, Shopify)

• Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy cartons and boxes on a daily basis

• Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail

• Ability to follow SOPs for work quality and hygiene standards.

• Familiarity with basic equipment handling, Such as hand trucks, dollies, barcode scanners
