We are seeking a skilled PO3 Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will operate tools, equipment, and processes efficiently, adhering to quality standards and customer specifications. You will be involved in maintaining accurate records and supporting improvement initiatives to enhance safety, cleanliness, product quality, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Operate tools and equipment based on instructions and experience.
- Assist in creating instructions when none are available.
- Ensure adherence to standard work and quality policies.
- Monitor own work to meet quality standards and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate timekeeping, record-keeping, labor tracking, inventory control, and process documentation.
- Support improvement initiatives and generate innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Stay updated on certifications and training requirements.
- Complete assignments on time without compromising quality.
- Train others on assigned tasks, if necessary.
Essential Skills
- 2+ years of assembly experience.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Ability to read assembly diagrams or blueprints.
- Competence in utilizing computers.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
